Account Statement Report

The purpose of the Account Statement Report is to review all transactions, open positions and account summary for the selected time period. By default the report period is set to one Day.

You can choose to view reports for last day, week, month, year, period since account was opened or user defined period.

User Defined

This section allows you to define the start and end points of the report period. This is the most flexible option, allowing you to define the report period with great precision (to a second). The From and Till fields must be filled out in dd/mm/yyyy hh:mi:ss format.


The Account Statement Report consists of the following four main sections:

  • Basic report/account information in the header
  • “Account Transactions”
  • “Open/Floating Positions”
  • Report summary/footer information

Basic report/account information in the header

This section displays the following information:

  • Account – The account from which the report will be generated from.
  • Customer name – Account owner name.
  • Customer login – Account login.
  • Address – Customer address.
  • Base Currency – The base currency being used.
  • Report Period – Time period for reporting.
  • "From" and "Till" data - The exact day and time from which the report starts from ('From'), and the day and time when it ends (“Till”).

Account Transactions

This section chronologically lists all account transactions for the selected time period.

This section displays the following information:

  • Time – The committing time of the transaction
  • Type – The type of the transaction.
  • Ticket – The ticket number (an option number for the position). The ticket number is the number assigned by the system to the position.
  • Instrument Type – The type of instrument (tool) (FX, EQ, ETF, FUT).
  • Instrument – The instrument name
  • Amount – The amount of the transaction
  • Sell/Buy – The direction of the transaction.
  • Open Time – The open time of the position, transaction was committing with.
  • Open Price – The open rate of the position
  • Close Price – The close rate of the position. The field is filled only for closed positions.
  • D/W/A – The amount of deposit/withdraw/adjustment/bonus operation.
  • P/L – The profit/loss of the position. The field is filled only for closed positions.
  • Commission – The commission is a service charge on an account for opening a new position applied per lot and measured in the system base currency. The commission is deducted from the account balance at the time of the opening position.
  • Swap – The overnight commission, which is an extra commission charged at the closing position, if it remained opened overnight (through the end of the day) at least once. Swap applies per lot and is equal to the regular commission set on the account. Swap can be used as an alternative to overnight rollover fees.

  • Transaction fee – The fee charged per lot applied on the account for opening a new position (measured in base currency). The transaction fee is deducted from the account equity at the time, when the position is opened. The column is shown only if there are transaction fees were enabled on the system during the report period (at least one trade was opened during the report period and was charged a transaction fee).
  • Net P/L – The profit/loss of the position without commissions, swaps and transaction fees. The field is filled only for closed positions.
  • Balance – The account balance of all closed positions. The balance will not change constantly depending on current prices.
  • Equity – The account equity incorporates floating P/L of all your open positions, this number will change constantly depending on current prices.
  • Used Margin – The amount of money in your account that is currently used to keep positions open.
  • User – The person in control of the transaction. If the user is a client, this cell will display “USER”, other possible titles include 'DEALER', 'ADMIN', and 'SYSTEM'.
  • Reason - The cause or reason of the transaction.

Open/Floating Positions

This section lists all current open/floating positions for the reporting period. It contains the same information, as the Open Position window.

Report Summary/Footer Information

This section displays summarized information regarding a specific period.

This section displays the following information:

  • Beginning balance - Balance at the beginning of the reporting period.
  • P/L from closed - Total gross P/L on all positions closed within the reporting period
  • Commission - Sum of all commissions charged within the reporting period.
  • Transaction fee - Sum of all transaction fees charged within the reporting period.
  • Swap – Sum of all swaps charged within the reporting period.
  • Net D/W/A – Sum of deposits, withdrawals, and adjustments within the reporting period
    Calculation: Net D/W/A = Deposits - Withdrawals + Adjustments + Bonus.
  • Ending balance - Balance at the end of the reporting period.
  • P/L from open positions - Total floating gross profit or loss on all open positions at the end of the reporting period.
  • Equity – Equity at the end of the reporting period.
  • Used margin – Used margin at the end of the reporting period.
  • Usable margin – Free margin available to use at the end of the reported period.
